RetailSuite RTM was created to help shops, traders and retail chains move from manual, fragmented operations to intelligent digital management.
Why we built it
We understand the challenges shops face daily — stock losses, slow checkout, inventory inaccuracies, discounts given away, poor reporting and operational inefficiency. We also understand the ones that are specific to trading here: a network that drops in the middle of a queue, a mobile money payment nobody can prove arrived, and one owner watching every pesewa across several branches.
So RetailSuite RTM was built the other way round from most retail software. The counter till holds its own database and sells with no signal at all. Mobile money is confirmed by the processor before a sale can record it. Variants, serials and warranties are first-class, not an afterthought. And a real double-entry ledger sits under every figure, so the books balance without a night of reconciliation.
